One of London’s leading MEP contractors is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a major data centre scheme in Woking.

The contractor is a well-established MEP business with a turnover of approximately £50 million and a workforce of around 300 staff. They have a strong track record of delivering major MEP projects across London and have worked with this established client for several years.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a data centre project during the pre-construction stage, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved from an early stage and play a key role as the project progresses into delivery.

The role will involve:

• Mechanical Project Management

• Pre-construction involvement

• Planning and coordination of mechanical services

• Working closely with the client and project team

• Managing subcontractors and site teams

• Programme and resource planning

• Mechanical coordination and delivery

• Supporting the project through to construction and completion
