Mental Health Nurse Night Shift
Location: M30 area, Manchester
Pay: £25 per hour
Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (10-hour night shift)
Duration: Initially a few weeks, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse to provide overnight observation and support for a young person in the M30 area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment, carrying out appropriate observations, monitoring wellbeing, and responding appropriately to any concerns during the night.
Requirements
- Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid professional registration
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Experience working with young people and/or in mental health settings
- Confident working independently during night shifts
- Good observation, communication and professional record-keeping skills
- Reliable, calm and compassionate approach
- Able to work 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Enhanced DBS and relevant safeguarding checks will be required
