I'm currently recruiting for a client, who would like an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join an exciting project on an initial 6 - 12-month daily rate contract. Strong rate available.
Great opportunity for a hands-on consultant to work closely with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and deliver effective CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
The Role
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs.
- Support the design and implementation of CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers and architects to deliver solutions.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
- Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations across the Dynamics 365 platform.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform.
- Experience with requirements gathering solution design and functional configuration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile project environments is desirable.
