A well-established manufacturing business is looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join a professional, multi-bay welding facility, with fully supported, on-the-job training in gas brazing techniques included from day one.
As a MIG Welder, you will benefit from:
- Permanent employment, with temp-to-perm available for the right candidate
- Fully supported, on-the-job training in gas brazing techniques
- The opportunity to broaden your welding capabilities in a structured facility environment
- A 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday), with overtime available on Fridays

As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing MIG welding across a range of structural assemblies
- Carrying out TIG welding work as required
- Developing gas brazing techniques, including work on centre tube structures
- Maintaining cosmetic quality standards across all completed work
- Working methodically and accurately to meet production schedules
As a MIG Welder, your experience will include:
- Proven MIG welding capability, ideally within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- TIG welding experience, used alongside your core MIG skills
- Experience working with mild steel materials
- A track record of producing cosmetic quality finishes
- A genuine willingness to develop additional skills, including gas brazing
