MIG Welder (PM Shift) – 4 Day Working Week

Location: Leicester
Shift: Permanent (PM Shift)
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 2:00pm – Midnight | Thursday 2:00pm – 11:30pm
Days Off: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Tech Infusion Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple experienced MIG Welders on behalf of a well-established sheet metal manufacturer based in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, modern workshop offering a 4-day working week, giving you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

The Role

- MIG welding predominantly on mild steel
- Manufacturing high-quality sheet metal components
- Working from engineering drawings
- Workshop-based position
- Material thicknesses typically range from 0.9mm to 3mm, with occasional work up to 10mm
- Producing high-quality welds to company standards

The Ideal Candidate

- Experienced MIG Welder
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confident reading engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Previous sheet metal or fabrication experience is advantageous
