Mini Digger Driver

Experienced Mini Digger Driver Required - Immediate Start - Broxbourne (EN10)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Mini Digger Driver for an immediate start on a construction project in Broxbourne (EN10). This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established site with competitive rates.

Usual site working hours are Monday to Friday, with full-time hours available and the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a mini digger safely and efficiently on site
• Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading, and other groundwork tasks as directed
• Assisting groundworkers and other site operatives where required
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any faults or defects
• Working closely with site management to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Excavator ticket
• Previous experience operating mini diggers on busy construction sites
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a site team
• Ability to provide two valid and check-able work references
