Location: Remote / London Bridge
Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Duration: Ad hoc shifts
Pay Rate: £17 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start required

We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Minute Taker to support board meetings on an ad hoc basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills and the ability to accurately capture key discussions, decisions and actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend board meetings remotely or at the London Bridge location
• Take accurate and comprehensive minutes during board meetings
• Capture key decisions, actions and discussion points in a clear and concise manner
• Follow up after meetings by producing and distributing meeting notes within agreed timescales
• Ensure all records are completed to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Requirements

• Previous experience taking minutes, ideally within board-level or senior leadership meetings
• Outstanding written communication and note-taking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Professional, discreet and highly organised approach
• Must be immediately available
