We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established Facilities Management team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Surrey.
This is a great opportunity for an AC Engineer looking for a well-paid, long-term position within the FM sector.
The role
- Planned and reactive AC maintenance
- Servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Working across a mobile portfolio throughout Surrey
- Completing PPMs and associated documentation
- Liaising professionally with clients on site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and compliantly
What we’re looking for
- F-Gas qualification
- Strong commercial AC/HVAC experience
- Experience within Facilities Management or building services
- Confident fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Package
£46,000 per annum
