We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, working in-house across a portfolio of commercial properties in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects, a supportive team environment and a 100% commercially focused role.
Key Duties:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
- Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites
- Fault-finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps and general water systems
- Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential)
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
- Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts
- Working across a 100% commercial portfolio, with no domestic work
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- A professional and reliable approach to in-house maintenance
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary
- 36-hour working week
- Monday to Friday working
- In-house, commercial-based role
