We are seeking a Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician for an excellent career opportunity in Liverpool. Our client, an established leader in the automotive sector, is recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician to deliver exceptional service and repair for a range of commercial vehicles on client sites across the Liverpool area. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a passion for commercial vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Duties of a Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct maintenance, service, and repairs on various commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses, and coaches, at customer sites
  • Fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Provide technical advice and support on-site for frontline customer service
  • Complete warranty, service, and repair paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce operational costs for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
  • Work collaboratively within a mobile team to ensure timely service delivery
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and respond to emergency call-outs when required
Requirements of a Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle/PSV maintenance (City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Proven experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial vehicles
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Up-to-date manufacturer training and technical knowledge
  • Valid UK driving licence; an HGV licence would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently on-site and within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work across various locations within Liverpool and surrounding areas
