Mobile Electrical Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Electrician to join a growing facilities management team. This is a field-based role covering West London and surrounding postcodes, carrying out a mix of reactive maintenance, planned works, and minor installations across a variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and fault-finding on electrical systems
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
• Undertake minor installation and project works
• Ensure all work is compliant with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements
• Work to client-specific processes and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain accurate records of completed works and follow-on actions
• Deliver high standards of customer service at all times
• Support with general building services tasks where required
• Participate in an on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work

Requirements

Essential:

• City & Guilds Electrical qualification (or equivalent in Building Services)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience working across commercial, industrial, and/or domestic environments
• Ability to use handheld devices (PDA/CAFM systems)
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
• Gold CSCS Card
• Health & Safety training
• First Aid qualification
