This role involves delivering both statutory planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical and general building services. You will be a reliable, self-motivated engineer with a proactive approach to maintenance, committed to delivering high standards of work. The ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team, alongside strong communication skills, will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out statutory PPM tasks in line with compliance standards
- Respond to and complete reactive maintenance activities
- Perform electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Undertake general maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines
- Work collaboratively with a team of engineers across various sites
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with regulations
Essential:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in a similar mobile maintenance role
- Strong electrical and general maintenance knowledge
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or related discipline
- AM2 qualification
- Testing & Inspection certification
- Company vehicle
- Fuel card & P Card
- Full uniform & PPE provided
