Mobile Fabric Engineer

You'll work independently across multiple locations, completing planned and reactive repairs while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and service delivery.
The Role
As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you'll:
- Complete planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across multiple sites.
- Carry out carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and plastering repairs.
- Repair doors, walls, partitions, fixtures, fittings and building finishes.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and escalate more complex faults when required.
- Maintain accurate job, asset and compliance records using internal systems.
- Liaise professionally with site teams while minimising disruption to operations.
To be successful as the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you'll have:
- Proven experience within a building fabric or multi-trade maintenance role.
- Carpentry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Essential: Full UK driving licence for travel between sites.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations and solve maintenance issues.
- Essential: Ability to pass and maintain Metropolitan Police vetting.
- £35,000–£38,000 salary.
