We're recruiting an experienced Mobile HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic to join a busy commercial vehicle operation, covering East London, Essex and surrounding areas.
The role of the Mobile HGV Technician / Mobile HGV Mechanic / Mobile Truck Mechanic
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Attend breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections.
- Work safely and professionally across customer and fleet locations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
What the ideal Mobile HGV Technician / Mobile HGV Mechanic / Mobile Truck Mechanic would need
- Previous HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic experience.
- Level 2, Level 3, time-served or relevant international experience.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Commercial vehicle experience.
- Good fault-finding ability.
- Reliable, practical and customer-focused approach.
