Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across North London. What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services systems.
- Service, maintain, and fault find on HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, pipework, pressurisation units, and general plant room equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
- Complete routine inspections, plant checks, filter changes, and minor mechanical installations and repairs.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Maintain accurate service records and deliver a high standard of customer service across all sites.
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline.
- Experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical building services systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Monday-Friday working pattern (8:00am-4:30pm)
