We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading accident repair group based in Dundee, for the position of Mobile SMART Repairer. The Mobile SMART Repairer will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs directly at customers' homes, workplaces, and approved locations within Dundee and the surrounding area.

Duties of the Mobile SMART Repairer:
  • Travelling across Dundee and surrounding areas to perform repairs on customers' vehicles at their location
  • Completing SMART repairs, minor panel work, filler work, and bodyshop repairs
  • Ensuring high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction
  • Following insurance and methods standards for repair procedures
  • Maintaining a professional approach when liaising with customers
  • Working efficiently within a mobile team environment
  • No cold calling; all work is assigned and scheduled in advance
Requirements of the Mobile SMART Repairer:
  • Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines, with an emphasis on Paint, SMART Repair, minor panel, and filler work
  • Experience with insurance bodyshop techniques and repair methods (preferred)
  • Full UK/EU driving licence is essential due to travel requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a mobile repair team
