🚐 Mobile Mechanic – OTE £60,000

Resolve Recruitment Services are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working across multiple locations, offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through on-call and call-out bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
• Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general mechanical work
• Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
• Minimum 6 years' experience (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently

Salary & Benefits

• OTE £60,000 per annum
• £70 per week on-call allowance
• £50–£70 bonus for every completed call-out job
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Salary reviewed every 12 months
• Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month)
• Company van provided (work use only)
• Discounts on MOTs and vehicle parts

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 40 hours per week
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• On-call rota: 1 week in every 3
• Bank holidays worked on a rota basis (day in lieu provided)

Additional Information

• 20 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays (April–March)
• Company pension scheme (NEST)
• Quarterly performance reviews with a full annual appraisal
• Notice period: 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter
• Role involves working across various employer and client locations
