We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Equipment Technician to join our client's reputable independent business specialising in tail lifts and minibuses. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a technical background in automotive repair and electrical work who is looking to work with a company that values its staff and offers excellent career prospects.

  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm

Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Equipment Technician :
  • Service and repair of tail lifts, side steps, electric seats, and vehicle heaters
  • Visual inspections and adjustments on a variety of vehicles and boats
  • Fluid changes, operating adjustments, and equipment replacement
  • Working in all weather conditions with mobile equipment supplied
  • Communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Covering Berkshire, Hertfordshire, and westbound areas on the M25
Requirements of a Mobile Vehicle Equipment Technician :
  • Previous experience working with HGV, LCV, cars, forklifts, or plant equipment
  • Interest in automotive electrical and mechanical systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Own tools and ideally a vehicle for work
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
