- Carrying out a full range of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and technical support
- Maintaining accurate repair records
- Performing vehicle safety checks and meeting compliance standards
- Full valid driving licence
- Relevant automotive qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, ideally with Ford vehicles
- Proficiency in mechanical diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to work flexibly across different locations and shift patterns
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent service quality and technical standards
