Salary: £35,000 Basic Salary | OTE Up to £50,000
Hours: 39 Hours per Week | Saturday Morning Rota

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and MOT testing while ensuring every vehicle is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on customer vehicles
·Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately
·Performing MOT Tests in line with DVSA standards
·Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety regulations
·Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
·Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity and efficiency
·Delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction

ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Valid MOT Tester Licence
·Ideally 5 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
·Strong servicing, maintenance, and diagnostic skills
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
·A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
