We are representing a reputable, family-run garage in Guildford seeking an experienced MOT Tester for a part-time role. MOT Tester Duties:
  • Conducting Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations

  • Carrying out basic mechanical repairs and diagnostics as required outside MOT testing days
  • Assisting with vehicle inspections and diagnostic procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each vehicle tested
  • Upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid MOT Tester qualification (Class 4)
  • Proven experience performing MOT tests within a professional environment
  • Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and mechanical work
  • Strong attention to detail and safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisation and record-keeping skills
