- Ensure all vehicles meet legal safety and roadworthiness standards
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Maintain a safe, professional approach to all testing procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth operation
- Valid MOT Tester licence – essential
- Proven experience as an MOT Tester within a busy workshop environment
- Strong knowledge of MOT testing procedures and DVSA requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
