We are currently seeking an experienced MOT Tester on behalf of our client, an established dealership located in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for professional MOT Testers to join a reputable company committed to quality and efficiency. The role offers competitive remuneration, career development prospects, and a supportive working environment.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary ranging from £36,000 to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch
  • Approximate one in three Saturday mornings, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, on a rota
  • Steady workload within a well-equipped workshop setting

Duties of a MOT Tester:
  • Conducting accurate MOT inspections in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Diagnosing vehicle faults and ensuring repairs meet compliance requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and professional conduct
  • Documenting inspection outcomes clearly and professionally
  • Supporting the workshop team with general vehicle maintenance tasks as required
Requirements of a MOT Tester:
  • Proven experience as an MOT Tester with valid certification
  • Up-to-date knowledge of MOT testing regulations and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude
