Brellis Recruitment
Motor Trade Sales Administrator (Dealer / Showroom Background)
Solihull (B90) | Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours | Competitive salary + superb benefits
This role is suited to candidates currently working as a Sales Administrator, Service Advisor, Sales Support Administrator or Sales Coordinator within a car dealership, showroom or motor trade environment. You'll already be comfortable with dealer management systems, vehicle order processing, taxation and finance paperwork, and the pace of a busy automotive sales operation, all of which will help you pick this role up quickly.
We're recruiting on behalf of a well established, highly reputable business within the automotive sector, based in Solihull. It's a genuinely lovely place to work, the offices are among the best we've seen, complete with an on-site gym, and the benefits package is fabulous.
The role sits at the heart of the sales operation, supporting performance across a range of trade and business channels. You'll work closely with senior members of the sales team, keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes so they can do what they do best.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the dealer bonus claim process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission
- Handling vehicle taxation administration
- Acting as the main point of contact for partner organisations and supporting programme delivery
- Managing and analysing sales leads through the lead management system, ensuring effective follow-up and reporting
- Collating, validating and submitting weekly dealer sales forecasts from the regional team
- Administering training content and user activity on the company's training portal
- Providing ad-hoc sales administration support to senior managers across the business, including vehicle orders, logistics and taxation
What we're looking for:
- Current or recent experience as a Sales Administrator, Service Advisor, Sales Support Administrator, Sales Coordinator or Vehicle Administrator within a dealership, showroom or motor trade business
- Familiarity with dealer management or CRM systems (such as Kerridge, ADP, Pinewood, Keyloop or similar) and vehicle order, invoicing or registration processes
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams efficiently
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail across data, reporting and bonus claims
- A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams, dealers, customers and partner organisations
- Analytical, able to interpret data, spot trends and support commercial decision-making
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and use initiative, knowing when to escalate
- A positive, professional attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop
This is a great opportunity for someone with genuine motor trade admin experience to move away from the dealership floor into a varied, office based role, in a workplace that really does stand out.
