Multi-Site Technician

Location: Nottingham (Multi-Site)
Salary: £41,506 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Overview

We are recruiting for a Multi-Site Electrical Technician to support a portfolio of sites across the Nottingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional to join a well-established facilities maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure stores remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple retail sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently to minimise disruption to store operations.
• Complete electrical testing, inspections, and remedial works in line with current regulations.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and statutory compliance requirements.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and reports.
• Provide excellent customer service while working within occupied retail environments.

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification is desirable.
• Previous experience in a multi-site facilities maintenance or commercial environment is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Package

• Salary of £41,506 per annum.
• Company van and fuel card provided.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm).
