Are you who we’re looking for?

• Proven experience in engineering within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong multi-skilled ability across mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
• Assisting with installation and commissioning projects
• Collaborating with the team to ensure production runs smoothly
• Potential career growth into supervisory or specialised engineering roles
