Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our established engineering team based at a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Bond Street, London.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a high-end commercial building, ensuring all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently.

You will also provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image and building strong relationships with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and repair plant including: Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Pumps, Valves, General mechanical plant
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Accurately update and manage tasks using a CAFM system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support engineers across nearby sites in Mayfair and Belgravia when required.
• Learn and work with additional building systems, including BMS and lighting controls.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Recognised electrical qualifications.
• A strong mechanical maintenance background.
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance.
• Confidence using CAFM systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A professional, smart and presentable appearance.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• A flexible attitude, including occasional early starts or late finishes.
• Availability to undertake overtime during evenings and weekends when required.
• A willingness to learn new systems and continually develop your technical skills.
