Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Elm, Cambridgeshire

Libra Recruitment are recruiting for multi-skilled maintenance engineers with an electrical bias for the Wisbech area. We are looking for hands on engineers who enjoy fault finding, fixing problems and keeping production running smoothly. Food industry experience would be beneficial.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-Responding to breakdowns and production demands

-Electrical fault finding, maintenance and installation

-Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

-Maintaining production equipment, site services and facilities

-Investigating faults and identifying opportunities to improve reliability

-Completing engineering work requests and maintenance records

-Working with contractors and issuing permits where required

About you

We’re looking for an experienced, practical engineer who can think on their feet,

solve problems and get things back up and running.

You’ll ideally have:

- A time-served engineering background

- Recognised Mechanical & Electrical engineering qualifications

- Manufacturing experience – highly desirable

- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
