Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Louth, Lincolnshire

Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, globally recognised manufacturing business. They are seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team.

The position is full time, permanent. 

Salary: Up to £47,074.71

Working hours: 4 on 4 off rota, working 2 days (6am to 6pm), then 2 nights (6pm to 6am).

The Role

• Work as part of a team to ensure effective maintenance and achieve maximum machine availability.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. 
• Keep records and update key engineering data to remain audit ready.
• Engage with and promote a strong Health and Safety Culture.
• Lead or participate in various projects to improve business efficiency.

Experience

• Electrical bias with sound mechanical knowledge.
• Working knowledge of PLC’s and Drives.
• Able to demonstrate a root cause approach to fault finding and rectification.
• Excellent organisational capability and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Good decision making and team player.
• Experience using a CMMS (beneficial).
