Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical Bias)

PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical Bias) in Manchester.

You will be responsible for assisting in the repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, and systems associated with the premises.

Duties include not exclusive to:

• Emergency lighting
• AHU Servicing and maintenance
• Fan coil service and maintenance
• Pump servicing
• Minor electrical works
• Water Systems and Distribution
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20

Experience/Skills:

• Experience in related roles
• Experience and qualifications working on various types of Electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
• Experience with BEMS systems
• Must be able to read schematic drawings

Qualifications:

• 18th Edition
• Recognised apprenticeships preferred
• Posses a recognised trade
• Must have a minimum of 5 years working with Commercial electrical systems

Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week
