Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Plumbing & Carpentry)

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across a large portfolio of residential properties.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring residents live in homes that are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You’ll benefit from modern digital systems that streamline your workload, enabling you to deliver a high-quality, efficient service every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations
• Perform carpentry work, including repairs and basic joinery
• Undertake a wide range of general property maintenance tasks
• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs in a timely manner
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet targets
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety, quality, and customer service standards

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and other trades
• Ability to diagnose issues and deliver practical repair solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in both occupied and void properties
• Comfortable using handheld/PDA systems for job management
• Additional trade skills or qualifications are highly desirable

Requirements

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
• Willingness to undertake DBS and SC clearance checks
• Right to work in the UK (proof required)
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
