MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVE REQUIRED – STANMORE

Location: Care home refurbishment project, Stanmore, HA7
Start date: Monday 5th October
Start time: 8:00am
Duration: Up to 3 months
Hours: 8–9 hours per shift
Rate: £20–£21 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a refurbishment project at a care home in Stanmore.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of general refurbishment and maintenance works across the site.

Requirements:

• Proven multi-trade/refurbishment experience

• Good range of practical trade skills

• Reliable and professional

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant tools and PPE

• CSCS or relevant site qualifications where required
