🔨 Multi Trader / Carpenter – Temp to Perm Opportunity 🔨

📍 Location: Colchester, Essex (covering properties within approximately a 60-mile radius)

💰 Pay: £18.00 - £21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

🗓 Start Date: Monday 27th July 2026

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader / Carpenter to join a well-established team working on void properties across Colchester and the surrounding areas.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering ongoing work for the right candidate with excellent long-term prospects.

The Role

• Carrying out carpentry and general multi-trade repairs in void properties
• Working on planned refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Covering Colchester and surrounding areas within a 60-mile radius
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining excellent standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader with a strong carpentry background
• Ability to carry out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
