Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a team working on a council contract across Birmingham North.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity carrying out a mixture of reactive repairs and planned maintenance within domestic properties.

• Carrying out general multi-trade repairs and maintenance.

• Completing reactive maintenance and planned works.

• Undertaking a variety of domestic property repairs.

• Completing work to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

• Liaising professionally with tenants and customers.

• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements.

• Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader.

• Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance.

• Good all-round maintenance skills across multiple trades.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity.

• Ongoing work on a council contract.
