Multi Trader (CIS) in Kingston Upon Thames, London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering the Kingston area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded tradesperson with strong multi-trade skills and experience carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance within residential properties.

The successful candidate will be confident working across multiple trades, completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

• Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.

• Undertake general carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating.

• Complete a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades.

• Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in residents' homes.

• Manage daily workloads effectively and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, ideally within social housing.

• Strong, well-rounded skills across a range of trades.

• Ability to carry out a variety of repairs independently and to a good standard.

• A full UK driving licence.

• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to manage workloads and work effectively with minimal supervision.
