DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a property refurbishment project in Ongar, Essex.

The successful candidate will be working on private residential properties, carrying out a variety of refurbishment, repair and reinstatement works. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Property refurbishment and renovation works
• Strip-out and preparation works
• Temporary works and making properties safe
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
• Reinstatement and refurbishment works
• Carpentry and basic joinery
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Decorating and finishing works
• General building works
• Completing repairs to a high standard within residential properties

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Multi Trader
• Previous experience within property refurbishment or residential maintenance
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools
• Ability to work across multiple trades
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
