Job Description

• Carry out responsive maintenance and repair works across occupied and void social housing properties in the Barnsley area
• Complete a variety of multi-trade tasks to a high standard, ensuring properties are maintained safely and efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team to complete jobs within agreed timescales
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working within tenants' homes
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader within a maintenance environment
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience within the social housing sector is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
