The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to work across commercial properties throughout London.
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of general maintenance and repair works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Fixing and replacing toilets and associated fittings
- Making good following repairs
- Repairing and replacing door locks
- General fabric and building maintenance
- Completing reactive maintenance tasks across commercial properties
- Carrying out approximately 2 jobs per day – 1 morning and 1 afternoon
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader / Maintenance Engineer
- Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills
- Experience working within commercial properties
- Able to complete jobs independently and to a high standard
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van or car required
- Professional and reliable approach
