Multi Trader

Multi-Trader Operative – New Build Housing - Up to £35K plus company vehicle, tools, fuel card.

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a growing team working on new-build residential developments for a National Housebuilder across their Anglian region.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of trade skills and be capable of carrying out high-quality finishing, snagging, repairs and remedial works across multiple disciplines, with a professional manner and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of trade works including carpentry, patch plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, basic plumbing, small electrical works,carpentry and general building repairs.
• Complete snagging and finishing works to a high standard prior to handover.
• Assist site management and customer care teams in resolving defects and quality issues.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering Multi-Trades works within residential construction.
• Competent across multiple trades, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
• Experience working on new-build housing developments.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Happy to travel
• Computer literate
• Valid CSCS Card and full UK driving licence preferred.
