New Homes Sales Adviser

Near Eastbourne, East Sussex

Up to £35,000 + £60,000 OTE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join the sales team on an exciting residential development near Eastbourne.

Working for a leading UK housebuilder, you'll be responsible for selling a collection of high-quality 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes, delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to legal completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional seeking a long-term career with an established developer offering an excellent product, realistic earning potential and genuine career progression.

The successful candidate will work Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

The Role

As the on-site Sales Adviser, you will manage the complete customer journey, ensuring purchasers receive an outstanding level of service while achieving sales targets and maximising reservations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming prospective purchasers to the development

  • Conducting show home and development tours

  • Selling both off-plan and completed homes

  • Qualifying applicants and identifying customer requirements

  • Managing the full sales process through to exchange and completion

  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and financial consultants

  • Progressing sales and maintaining regular customer contact

  • Managing CRM records and the sales pipeline

  • Following up enquiries and converting leads into reservations

  • Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes remain impeccably presented

  • Supporting local marketing campaigns and promotional events

  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Previous New Homes sales experience with a developer or relevant Estate Agency experience

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong understanding of the New Homes sales process

  • High levels of IT literacy and CRM experience

  • A professional and customer-focused approach

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

Package

  • Up to £35,000 basic salary

  • Attractive commission scheme with realistic £60,000 OTE
