New Homes Sales Consultant – Leatherhead

Diamond Search Recruitment is delighted to be representing our client, a leading property business, in the recruitment of a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their established New Homes team in Leatherhead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused sales professional to build a rewarding career within the exciting New Homes and property sector.

The Package

- Basic Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

- Guaranteed Earnings: Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months

- Realistic OTE: £40,000 – £45,000 including commission

- Location: Leatherhead

- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30

- Working Pattern: 2-week rota:

Week 1: 4 days, including Monday + Saturday, supporting development launches, open days and show homes

Week 2: Monday to Friday

- Holiday: 33 days' paid holiday, plus an additional day off for your birthday

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect new home, while developing strong relationships with purchasers, developers and colleagues across the wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively contacting prospective purchasers from an extensive buyer database

• Booking and conducting viewings across exciting new-build developments

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels

• Guiding purchasers through every stage of their buying journey

• Working closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues

• Visiting developments to build expert knowledge of each site and its properties

• Supporting development launches, open days and marketing events

• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders

• Working towards and achieving agreed sales targets

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge within the New Homes market while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service

• A confident and engaging communicator

• Motivated by targets, commission and earning potential

• Organised, proactive and able to work independently

• Comfortable managing multiple customers and enquiries

• Interested in property and passionate about helping people move home

• Commercially minded with a positive, can-do approach

Previous property or New Homes experience would be advantageous, but we’re also keen to hear from strong sales professionals who are looking to develop their career within the property sector.
