We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Newly Qualified Primary Teachers to work across a range of fantastic Primary Schools in Cardiff. Thanks to our long-standing relationships with schools throughout Cardiff, we have opportunities available ranging from flexible day-to-day supply to full-time, long-term positions.
Supply teaching is a fantastic way to build confidence, develop your teaching skills, and establish strong relationships with local schools. Many of our partner schools value continuity and regularly request the same teachers, helping you gain consistent work while completing your induction.

We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Passionate and motivated Newly Qualified Primary Teachers
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- A commitment to inspiring young learners
Essential Requirements
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
