Teaching Personnel are working with a number of primary schools across Cardiff that are looking to appoint enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teacher's for both short-term and long-term opportunities from September.
Whether you're hoping to secure your first full-time class teacher role or would like to gain experience in a variety of schools before committing to a permanent position, we can help find the right opportunity for you.
What Can You Expect?As an NQT working through Teaching Personnel, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Gain experience across Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2
- Develop your classroom management skills
- Work alongside experienced teachers and support staff
- Build confidence in planning, assessment and delivery
- Explore different school environments before committing to a permanent role
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS by September
- Strong knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales
- A positive and reflective approach to teaching
- High expectations of pupil progress and behaviour
- Commitment to creating engaging learning experiences
- Competitive daily rates from £172.98 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
