Large modern residential development in East London requires an experienced hands on Night Concierge to maintain a first class front of house reception service whilst maintaining high levels of security and safety within the building. You will be required to conduct regular site inspections and operations, act as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests, maintain Health and Safety standards, handle all bin operations of the estate, monitor and issue parking tickets on site and maintain the landscaping of the estate.  The successful candidate must have excellent communications skills, be able to work well under pressure, have previous supervisory and management experience, and be IT literate.  Knowledge of Dwellent desirable.
