About the Role
Health Now Complex Care is looking for a Night Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Oxfordshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is calm, caring and confident supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. You’ll be providing support throughout the night, helping to ensure the individual feels safe, comfortable and supported.

Previous experience within healthcare, social care, mental health or complex care is desirable.
What You'll Be Doing

Provide compassionate and person-centred support throughout the night.

Help maintain a safe and settled environment.

Monitor the individual's wellbeing and respond appropriately to their needs.

Support with routines and care plans as required.

Recognise and respond calmly to changes in behaviour or presentation.
-
Complete accurate care notes and records.
-
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and care procedures.

Work alongside the wider care team to provide consistent support.
About You

Calm and confident, particularly during challenging situations.

Patient, caring and understanding.

Reliable and comfortable working night shifts.

Experienced in supporting people with complex needs.

Able to work independently while being part of a wider team.

Professional and committed to providing high-quality care.
Desirable
-
Experience within complex care.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
-
Current DBS.
-
Relevant healthcare or care training.
