HGV Technician – Night Shift
We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team on a permanent night shift basis.
Hours & Pay:
- £23.10 per hour basic rate
- Overtime paid at £30.72 per hour
- 12-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday (4 nights per week)
- Saturday overtime available
- On-call rota
Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure vehicles are maintained to a high standard and comply with safety requirements
- Carry out repairs efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
- Complete maintenance records and paperwork accurately
