Location: Near Bicester Village
Pay: £15.01 per hour
Pay Day: Every Friday
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Immediate Start Available

The Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Night Shift Operatives to join the team.
Duties will include:
- Scanning incoming boxes and parcels
- Handling sporting goods and parcels
- Preparing and organising deliveries ready for drivers
- Sorting parcels according to delivery requirements
- Loading and moving boxes safely
- Handling boxes weighing approximately 20-25kg
- Regular manual handling throughout the shift
- Working as part of a team to ensure deliveries are ready on time
- Following all health & safety procedures
Shift Times
- Monday: 12:00 midnight start - approximately 8:30/9:00am finish
- Tuesday: 11:00pm start
- Wednesday: 11:00pm start
- Thursday: 12:00 midnight start - approximately 8:30/9:00am finish
- Friday: 12:00 midnight start - approximately 8:30/9:00am finish
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, parcel or manual handling experience is advantageous
- Comfortable handling 20-25kg boxes
- Good attention to detail when scanning and sorting parcels
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to get to and from the site for night shifts
- Comfortable working overnight
- Good work ethic and team-player attitude
