Location: Northampton
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am

We are currently recruiting for two Night Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse in Northampton. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term employment.

Duties include:

• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Moving stock safely and efficiently around the warehouse.
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory duties.
• Completing warehouse paperwork accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience operating FLT, PPT and/or LLOP is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working night shifts in a busy warehouse environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
