Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for clients.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to company standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to organisational policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism while on-site.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and responsibly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the organisation’s schedule.
