An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Family Solicitor to join a busy and growing Family Department.   This is an ideal role for an NQ who wants more than just a job, you'll have the opportunity to build your own caseload, develop your technical skills and learn from experienced Family Solicitors / Fee Earners, while working with clients on often complex and highly personal matters.

You will be supported as you grow in confidence, with a clear route towards managing your own matters independently.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of private family and matrimonial matters and also have the opportunity to get involved in business development, networking and marketing, helping you develop not only as a solicitor but as a future key member of the department.

What They're Looking For

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify imminently
  • A Family Law seat during your training contract or relevant Family experience
  • Strong understanding of family and matrimonial law
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing priorities
  • A genuine passion for helping clients through challenging situations
  • Ambition to develop and progress within Family Law
